"Michael did a great job in replacing the fixtures and cartridges in both of our showers, finding and removing the cause of restricted water flow in one of them, replacing the caulk around our tub, and removing a stuck hose on one of our hose bibs outside. He was very cordial, and he even took a video of the water cut off in the crawlspace, which two previous service people had told me an incorrect location for, and tightened up a loose toilet.
