"I gave specific instruction on what needed to be done and was given assurances that the work would be completed as specified. The work was completed and the cleaning crew left the house before I could get back to inspect. Once I inspected it I found that the directions were not adhered to. First, the house was completely empty and we were getting the carpets cleaned the very next day so the instructions were to not be concerned about the carpet but concentrate on the hard wood floors on the second level. The result was the carpets were done and the hard wood floor was not done to my sanctification, not buffed, not shined. Also, we had new marble counter tops installed which had some chalk marks on them. These marks were not cleaned off either. I called the representative and explained my displeasure and she agreed to send the crew back the same day after they had finished another job. Later the same day they returned, I pointed out the mistakes and the crew said that was the best they could do and they did not have the proper materials to make it any better. I called the representative back and she then explained that they were an "environmental safe" company and did not use harsh products to do what needed to be done. I informed her that this was not explained to me when I booked the service and respectfully asked her to tell the crew to vacate the house and rectify the situation. Although in the end of the day I was reimbursed my money in full I would not recommend this service to anyone and would not use them in the future."
