Crystal Maids

I gave specific instruction on what needed to be done and was given assurances that the work would be completed as specified. The work was completed and the cleaning crew left the house before I could get back to inspect. Once I inspected it I found that the directions were not adhered to. First, the house was completely empty and we were getting the carpets cleaned the very next day so the instructions were to not be concerned about the carpet but concentrate on the hard wood floors on the second level. The result was the carpets were done and the hard wood floor was not done to my sanctification, not buffed, not shined. Also, we had new marble counter tops installed which had some chalk marks on them. These marks were not cleaned off either. I called the representative and explained my displeasure and she agreed to send the crew back the same day after they had finished another job. Later the same day they returned, I pointed out the mistakes and the crew said that was the best they could do and they did not have the proper materials to make it any better. I called the representative back and she then explained that they were an "environmental safe" company and did not use harsh products to do what needed to be done. I informed her that this was not explained to me when I booked the service and respectfully asked her to tell the crew to vacate the house and rectify the situation. Although in the end of the day I was reimbursed my money in full I would not recommend this service to anyone and would not use them in the future.

Fantastic! Their communication is great! They send us an email a couple of days in advance to see what day of the week works best and to see if we have any special requests. They are very professional and I recommend them all the time.

I like how they clean, they are trustworthy and friendly. I have never had a problem with them and nothing is ever missing either.

I love it! Very professional and easy to work with them. The maids are always very nice and friendly. It is always the same maids so it's nice to have that familiarity and that its not different person every time. They always let us a know a day or two advance to let us know they are coming. I have recommended them to several family members that have used them to help declutter and organize their houses and they only have good things to say as well.

They do a great job. Easy to work with and good at communication. They come clean my house every 2 weeks.

They come out every two weeks. I don’t have a base of comparison for price. They do what I ask them to do and if it’s not done perfectly, they come back and fix it. I’ve used them for 25 years. They’re flexible, they take care of any special needs I want. I trust them in my home. I seem to once I get somebody I care about and the work or what we’re doing, they stay. I will keep using them.

We have finally canceled our service after a excessive series of mishaps. Despite repeated confirmations they didn't show up the day before a big party, leaving us to clean the house ourselves--this was the last straw. Prior to that, though, we had reported cat hair appearing IN our toothbrushes, really odd scratches and holes/indentations appearing in our bars of bath soap that made us wonder if they were using our bathing supplies on their scrub brushes, and we still have cobwebs in corners and on shelves despite many months of their service. While they did clean some things well, they just usually appeared to be in a huge hurry, leaving our front vertical blinds askew and open to the street, throwing our shoes into our baskets of laundry to clear the floor, and so on. While their management was very responsive to our complaints, the changes didn't last long.

Our team is scheduled to do general housecleaning on a regular basis.  With our busy schedule, having a dependable service is important. 
Equally important is the fact that the products they use are environmentally friendly and we are comfortable with the way our home is cleaned
We've enjoyed the same team of maids for a number of years and it's apparent by the work they do that they are well trained. 
We feel like we know the people at the office since  they schedule the team and come out to check the work from time to time.
It's a joy having a service that takes the work of having a clean and organized house off of our to do list.
