"Crew was on time but in a rental truck which did not give me a good feeling initially. Had all equipment required to move a console piano from first floor down five steps and relocate six miles to first floor of receiving destination, up five steps. Shrink wrapped the top of piano and then used floor rolling dolly to move throughout both houses. Four guys moved the piano down/up steps. Was secured properly in truck using moving blankets and commercial ratchet strap. Entire operation completed in less than an hour. Cost seemed a bit high, but for last minute notice I paid it - responded quickly and completed job within 24 hours. Got a military discount to boot!"

They were efficient. The building my mother moved to has a very short time frame for move in. Everything was moved in the required limited time frame, even though they had a very full truck with an enormous number of boxes and lots of furniture. They were careful with her furniture, wrapping the furniture on the way out and unwrapping at delivery. In addition, they were very polite and respectful to my elderly mother.
