"I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. "Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"Fernando came by to provide an estimate within a day of the request and completed the job within a week. The work they did removing and replacing the cracked mortar joints was excellent. They completely removed the mortar between the bricks as opposed to just cutting a small area of the mortar out before replacing it with new mortar. The new mortar is much whiter than the old mortar but hopefully the repair will be less noticeable after cleaning the old mortar and exposure of the new mortar to the elements."

While doing the work (at an exceptional level yet again) my wife begged me to have them finish an additional paver walk way to our pool. Expecting it would be a few more weeks before he could come back out and finish, I was surprised when he was able to finish the entire project ahead of schedule. "It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."
