"This is a "Mom and Pop" business. Both came for the estimate. We got a written estimate; I reviewed it and agreed to hire them. Their estimate was reasonable and below another estimate. The work was done on the agreed upon days and completed on time. The grout was gleaned, repaired and the color changed as promised. The whole experience with these folks was very positive and would/will use them if we have another grout/tile issue. Highly recommend them."

It is impossible to give 100% of your attention/focus to anything when you are also on the phone. I called and emailed the owner. They returned my call, took my concerns seriously and came back to my home. Chris is wonderful , he had a great attitude and addressed my concerns 100%. I would recommend them.
