The technician insisted the AC condenser fins were dirty. He would not complete the repair without the $140 cleaning fee. (SCAM ALERT - see other Yelp reviews for the same scam). I told him already cleaned the AC condenser fins 4 weeks earlier with chemical cleaner and thoroughly washed condenser with water. He insisted it was not clean enough. I was without AC for two days and did not have time to get another contractor. I did not need this service. However, even if I did need the service. $140 for the 10 minutes of work was a total a ripped off. All the technician did was spray the unit with chemical and hosing it down with water from the outside of the unit. Since this company was referred by my homeowner insurance company. I made a mistake and did not do any research. I wished I read Yelp review before using this company. It also has a D+ rating from BBB.
