"BEWARE!!!Well much has changed over the past 8 months. My review before was total BS, all the promises that we were sold on from Sheri was nothing but lies. We are still fighting with Paramount today with the incomplete job (yes 8 months) and the poor quality. Sheri preached about the quality and the expert installation. All total BS, they trashed our yard, broke our ornaments, shutters upside down, windows wrong size, the trim is a wavy mess, sharp jagged edges, good luck getting someone to return calls, we still have not received our invoice with the jobs broken down and itemized. They took our money without me approving the completed job. I have detailed videos and pics along the way that I will be posting so someone else doesn't get screwed and scammed by their sales people."

It wasn't an easy task – he and his team were working with multiple surfaces and materials, unusually large window openings, and some unexpected shortages of supplies due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, George consistently communicated to ask our opinion on several aspects of the project to ensure it met our expectations, including when a screen door was unworkable (due to no fault of his), he quickly procured an alternative and installed the next day. "Vanguard Roofing was our 2nd choice, so there was no work done. The issue was on our end, not Vanguards, as to why we chose someone else. I would have no problem recommending them to others, which I already have done. They were very helpful in understanding and explaining how a high wind-resistance roof is installed. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because Vanguard did not install the roof."

"This dude shows up on time, 5/5 on that. Leaves 10 minutes later without saying a word. I message him 3 hours later asking if we were still doing the job. 2 hours after that he messaged back saying he had his helpers cancel and we need to reschedule. I ask when he's thinking we can get it done. 3 days later I haven't heard back. I open a new project on Angi, and re-select this same guy by mistake. He replies promptly, gets all the details, and then once he gets my email no further contact. It feels like there's something personal here, or maybe he quoted too low for the project, but in any case I literally cannot imagine a less professional way of handling this whole situation. My guess is that he showed up to the job to scope it out, then went to find a couple day laborers to actually do the work. Maybe he couldn't find any, maybe he realized that this job was too big. In either case, just say so. Jesus."

"We got a quote very quickly. Asked for 40 petcent down Started the the following week. They were done in 3 days with a 26 x 12 ft deck, 15 feet off the ground. It looks great and we are so happy. We will definitely have them back to do other projects that we need around the house. The crew was very friendly and efficient."
