They arrived promptly, pressure-washed and hand-scrubbed the vinyl siding of the house, the decking and the railings around the porch. They also washed the interior and exterior of a large bay window which is difficult to reach. Everything was spotless the first time, and they wanted to make sure that we let them know if we found anything that had not been done completely so that they could come back, if necessary (it wasn't necessary). We also had all the hardwood floors in the house vacuumed and polished, which was also done beautifully. They care very much about doing a good job and worked extremely hard all day to make sure that things were done right the first time. Very pleased.
