We set up an appointment to get the work done. Tim arrived on time. He was kind and professional. He explained any issues to me as they came up. He completed the job and even installed an additional fixture in the time and budget quoted. I would definitely use Tim again. He checked all the boxes. Before the work started, I found Jeremiah easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. He texted when he was on his way and arrived on time. I had ordered patio furniture on-line, but some parts were mislabelled and some of the holes did not match up. Jeremiah was able to solve these issues and my chairs are solid, but I would not have been able to do it myself (nor my husband). He also caulked my kitchen counters which now look new and clean. It was a pleasure having Jeremiah helping us, and we are already planning two new projects for him to do for us!"

"First of all, I love the final product. I initially selected Tosh because Thomas said he'd done this type of project before. However, he didn't talk to me about changes in the supplies and money charges along the way. He hit me with a lot of additional money on the last day, that was way over the estimate he gave me. After we settled on the final bill and he said he would send me an invoice marked paid in full, he contacted me the next day and asked for even more money for additional charges. With the dimensions and diagram I gave him at the start, I feel he had enough information to accurately predict the supplies he would need and include that in the estimate. I would have gladly worked with him on making modifications to stay within my budget if he would have only asked me. Very disappointed in that aspect of this project."
