"Due to a serious lawn issue with water runoff we had several firms provide estimates to ***** the issues and recommend a solution including but not limited to french drains. After reviewing the proposals we were very impressed with Mario Garcia from MG Lawn Care Services LLC. We hired them to start work ON January 2021. They estimated the work to be done in 4 days weather complying. They finished their job on time, and were careful in minimizing any collateral damage to the lawn and patio. I was extremely satisfied and will use them again without hesitation. Attached are photos of their work and also the finish product as they re-sodded."

We got a few quotes/designs for a backyard project (tearing down an old deck and trying to do something with an area where grass would not grow). Ryan easily came up with the best design, and the price was very reasonable. Once the actually work started, things went very smoothly, and Ryan kept us up to date along the way of any delays (weather for example). We fell in love with his design for our area, and the finished job exceeded even what we imagined. The crew doing the actual install were very friendly, and cleaned up nicely after each day. If you have the time and the budget, we strongly recommend staining your fence, especially if it's looking a bit tired or hasn't been treated recently. While you may not see the same return on investment (ROI) as you would with a project like a kitchen remodel, staining a fence is one of the best ways to add a facelift to your property—a new fence stain adds serious curb appeal to your home. 

The distance between fence posts is guided by the terrain you’re installing them on, the purpose of the fence, and the material it’s made of. For the average wooden garden fence, posts should be about 6 to 8 inches apart. But if you’re going with a mesh, wire, lattice, or chain link fence, you could set the fence posts anywhere from 6 to 25 feet apart. 

You have several options for anchoring a temporary fence, ranging in cost and ease of installation. Sandbags are one solution, but may not hold up if you have inclement weather with strong winds. Spike and bolts are another alternative. While they’re inexpensive and easy to install, it can be difficult if your ground is too soft for in-ground drilling. Wind braces are another option—be sure to bolt these into the ground as well. While they can withstand turbulent wind, they can also be difficult to install if the ground is too soft.

The bottom strand should sit between 12 to 15 inches from the ground. If you have a problem with small critters, you can aim for 8 inches. Three-strand fences should be 16 to 19 inches apart, four-strand fences should be 10 to 12 inches apart, and five-strand fences should be 8 and 10 inches apart.
