They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . "I called Mr. Delgado after searching for him on Angie's List. I called for an estimate and set a time the next day. We needed one section of our sectional sofa repaired. The cushion supports had broken leaving the seat sagging. He explained to us how he would do the repair and gave us an estimate. However they did have difficulty moving since it was awkwardly shaped and large. My husband helped him load it into his car. He estimated it would take 2-3 days to repair and return.
