I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system.
