"My wife and I purchased a charming brick ranch home from the 1970s with dreams of transforming it into our ideal living space. Our first project was opening up the kitchen/family room to the living room by removing a load-bearing wall—definitely not a DIY job. We posted our project on Angie’s List and were soon contacted by Isai Huezo, owner of Huezo’s Construction LLC. Isai visited us the next day, and his estimate was so reasonable that we eagerly hired them on the spot. On Monday, a professional crew of four, led by a foreman, arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and got straight to work. By the second day, the team had seamlessly removed the remaining 2x4s, installed a robust lintel beam, and perfectly matched the drywall and trim to the rest of the house. I have been working in construction most of my life. I have done full bathroom remodles, install electrial outlets and fans. I have installed bathroom vent fans and put together many home projects for customers. I am taking HVAC classes currently and plan to get licensed soon. Shower installs and faucet installs. I am a disabled Veterian so there are limits on my work, I can lift up to 50 lbs but have to be careful of my back.
