"This January 2016 project was the third one that Moreno's Contracting LLC has done for us in King George, VA. &nbsp;This project was to remedy a problem with a different roof on our property, a smaller job than last time. &nbsp;This roof section had been installed five years ago by a DIFFERENT contractor before we knew Moreno's. &nbsp;Because of past projects for me, at many thousands of dollars, as well as their excellent reputation and VALUE, I was certain that they could fix the problem. &nbsp;Pedro was the site supervisor. &nbsp;He was prompt enough to arrive when the roof was still leaking. &nbsp;He inspected the roof from above, and also from in the attic. &nbsp;The Moreno's office emailed me an estimate the very next day. &nbsp;We scheduled the work, and Pedro's team returned on the scheduled day and completed the work. &nbsp;Pedro was site supervisor on our previous two jobs, so I felt no need to be concerned. &nbsp;They are proficient, efficient, and safe. &nbsp;When the job was done, Pedro rang my doorbell, so I went outside to hear his work summary. &nbsp;I noted that he and his team had conducted a thorough cleanup. &nbsp;Moreno's emailed me the invoice the very next day. &nbsp;Moreno's Contracting LLC has a fine reputation in our neighborhood. &nbsp;Years ago, my next door friend told me Moreno's installed his new roof, and he expressed ultimate satisfaction. &nbsp;So when the time came that we needed a new roof, I called Moreno's to do my complete roof, and then my windows &amp; siding a couple of years later. &nbsp;Then when another friend across the street told me he was calling roofers for estimates, I suggested that he call Moreno's too. &nbsp;That neighbor ultimately chose Moreno's to install his new roof too! &nbsp;Moreno's work is excellent. &nbsp;They use very good roofing materials, for example GAF roofing shingles, which I think have a warranty unsurpassed in the roof shingle industry. &nbsp;Moreno's quality work and materials together are an exceptional value. &nbsp;His customers in my neighborhood enjoy mentioning the name of Moreno's LLC. <br />show more

"Blount's did an amazing job! &nbsp;Very professional. &nbsp;Excellent craftsman/men with knowledge of what to be done and how to's. &nbsp;The office manager Ron, and owner/contractor, Dave, came out to the house several times prior to work starting in order to answer any questions we had. &nbsp;While work was being completed and changes needed to be made for a variety of reasons, they were very eager to make every thing work. &nbsp;Sometimes our ideas didn't always match up with what could be done. &nbsp;Ron and Dave always gave a clear picture on what to expect and/or how construction would be managed. &nbsp;Ideas were shared and the result was amazing! &nbsp;They often swept snow off and worked in bitter cold. &nbsp;The work site was always clean and safe after a days work. &nbsp;We look forward to working with them again!show more

"Quality windows installed by a professional installation crew. Initial consultation was professional, friendly with lots of great info on windows, and recommended window sample I could see and touch. Installation supervisor explained what they were going to do and estimated time; supervisor did outside walk around after and showed how they caulked/sealed; and inside showed me how to work windows for cleaning. Crew worked quickly and efficiently; clearly knew exactly what they were doing! Actually gave me 2 crews since they were a few hours late due to rain delay on previous day’s project! HCR Project manager stopped by to ask how things were going and tell me what to expect after install to get warranty initiated. The windows look and work great.
