They kept me informed of the work progress and sent me pictures where trash debris was larger than originally surveyed. They made sure the area was clear so the natural vegetation can grow (and our community mowing service has access to maintain/control natural growth). Beginning with a free, on-site estimate, we tailor the features and benefits of our company to address the needs of each individual customer. We provide full service or partial packing and unpacking, custom crating, and even in-home shuffling of furniture for home sale showing, in addition to traditional local and long distance moving and storage services.

"I had a two bedroom two bath apartment in Pentagon City, VA. The moved started at 9am on a Monday. I reserved the elevator for 4 hours. I requested three movers and I believe it would take no longer than five hours total. However, it took the movers 7 hours to load the truck. Then another 5 hours to unload the truck. So my five hour quote ballooned to $2,400 to move 2 miles away. I learned to never accept a hourly rate and only do flat rates. Also, I would never do business with this company. They even damaged the wall in my new place. The manager that came to help unload because of the time said he would repair the damage with no cost to me. Laughable. After he finished, I had to get a professional to fix it because it was a hatchet job."

I am disappointed by her work ethic as the contract was never fulfilled, she charged me more than half the project fee and abandoned the project pursuing other lucrative deals. I feel betrayed."
