He scoped, priced & implemented beautifully & we think the price out in Northern Ne k was very reasonable. The project Allowed me to mitigate risks for my fiancee which had to use that garage because a new vehicle necessitated switching sides. It's comforting to know she can get in and out without the loose gravel issues."

"They cussed out my neighbor and tried starting an altercation because he asked them not to block the road so he could return home. They drove all over my neighbors yard leaving ruts and drops of asphalt behind. When I called to discuss it the lady was hostile and argumentative and hung up on me after also swearing. The damage was very minimal but the attitude and lack of professionalism was extreme. Hire at your own risk."

Asphalt driveways are affordable and able to withstand sub-zero temperatures. The asphalt surface makes it easy to plow snow, and it has excellent traction for slippery winter days. Another benefit: it absorbs heat from the sun and can then help to melt snow and ice more quickly than other surfaces.

There are quite a few differences between concrete and asphalt. Concrete is more costly up front and more challenging to repair. Asphalt does better in cold climates and works well with radiant heat systems. Porous asphalt is also excellent for wet climates, as it allows the water to drain away. Concrete is typically the best material for a driveway if you’re looking for longevity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance. If your location is consistently below freezing, asphalt may be a better choice.

Asphalt can get sticky in high temperatures and intense sunlight and is better for cooler or moderate climates, while concrete is more likely to crack in colder climates where water can seep into the slab and freeze. Asphalt requires more maintenance in terms of sealing, it has a slightly shorter lifespan, on average, and it’s a bit more expensive to install. Concrete will last longer with less maintenance, and it offers you more options for customization, including staining and stamped patterns. As such, a concrete driveway adds to home value more than an asphalt driveway in many cases.
