"Communication was acceptable. I expected Tory to be doing the work, but he sent a crew to do the plaster and hired a subcontractor to do the painting. Painting was outstanding, plaster work was a little rough, and had droppings in various places around the areas that were repaired and cleaned up well."

"We had an air conditioner freeze in out attic. It resulted in water damage on our ceiling as a result of failed safty switches designed to prevent the pan from overflowing. Shield came to our rescue. They were very friendly and extremely professional. Very neat work and a complete clean up after the job was done. The damage was so completely repaired that you would never know it happened. We are delighted that workers of this quality are there for us. If anyone needs drywall services or painting, please look no further than to Shield."

"We had cracks in the dyed mortar of the bricks above our garage. Grady took the time to match the color, even with the color having aged 10 years, and you would not even be able to tell that there was new mortar. If your project is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed."

"From a craftsmanship standpoint, Jonathan did an outstanding job. The quote we received for the work was fair, and the project was completed to our satisfaction. Jonathan was easy to get along with and kept us updated with progress and changes as they happened. There were materials, tools, and supplies that he didn't have, that he either had to stop and get, or borrow from us, in order to complete the job. This contributed to the project taking three days to complete, rather than two. And at the end of the project, there was still cleanup that we needed to remind him to do before leaving. We would recommend Jonathan for this kind of work, and would call him again if we have similar projects in the future."

"Mr. Fix it is awesome!"

"Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.
