"Jeff Dane was responsive by telephone.  Weather (rain) was a great hindrance in his scheduling an inspection of the possible chimney cap problem.  He also welcomed the pictures I e-mailed of the problem.  He actually had another contractor measure for the job and send additional pictures. Jeff's inspection showed that the chimney cap was not the problem and he refused to have me spend $1,500 for a job not needed.  He was professional in every respect and recommended someone to complete the roof flashing drainage problem.  I will call him when needing additional stonework done on the property.

They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job.
