"We decided to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom and contracted with Virginia Bath Company (Rich Sowinski) for the job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way things worked out. We can summarize our experience in “4 C’s.” Communication: Rich was unfailingly responsive. Email and text messages were his primary media, which suited us well (avoiding phone tag). The terms of the contract were precise and explicit. Once the job began, Rich started each day by telling us what he would be doing. We never felt in the dark about any aspect of the work. Courtesy: Given the expected disruption and inconvenience of this kind of project, the personalities of the people doing the work can make things easier or more difficult. Rich and all of his associates were unfailingly polite and pleasant. This seriously lessened the disruption in our lives while the work was being done. In fact, we began to look forward to Rich’s appearance each morning to brief us on the day’s work in his extremely cheerful and positive manner. Coordination: Since this was a complete remodel, the job involved Rich and his assistant, a cabinet maker for the new vanity, a plumber, an electrician, a painter, the people who built and installed the glass door for the shower, and the people who installed the new countertop. Every single one of these did their appointed job on the exact date promised by Rich; there was not a single exception. This speaks volumes about the relationship Rich has with his subcontractors. Craftsmanship: The new bathroom looks great. We do not have a single complaint with the quality of the workmanship (and we have looked over the final result very carefully). Overall, we recommend Virginia Bath Company without reservation. They provided, by far, the best experience we have had with serious work on our house."

"Classic Construction did outstanding work on our home. They resided our entire home with Hardie Plank siding, to include all the trim, fascia boards, gutters, shutters and re-wrapped our windows. We also had them redo our screened in porch. It transformed our house and it looks brand new. The skill and craftsmanship of their team was outstanding and they were very reasonable on their costs. "Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

"This is the second time we've used Kitchen Doctors. The first time we had a total kitchen make-over which we absolutely loved, so when we decided to downsize we had Kitchen Doctors come again. They refaced the cabinets we had and they are absolutely gorgeous. They installed a new granite countertop which looks absolutely beautiful. They also installed under counter lighting, a new sink and a new dishwasher. We couldn't be happier and everyone who has seen it can't believe the transformation! "Highly recommend Artistic Stone Design for turnkey transformation of kitchens and bathrooms when new countertops, sinks and faucets are desired. Their designers provide great education on stone selection and color/patterns to complement ones home. Everything promise was executed professionally and in a timely fashion with much less disruption to our household than we anticipated before hiring ASD. Five days to fabricate granite countertops from carefully measured templates and ONLY 1 day for demolition of the old rooms and installation of new countertops, sinks and faucets. And their plumber contractor was a real bonus - what a great guy who did a super job for us. We worked with Lea Brackens as our designer, and she made the project simple and pleasureable by handling all of our questions and concerns."

Everyone one I came into contact with from the gentleman who came to give me an estimate, the woman who helped me with the designs and spent a super long time with me on picking out the materials I wanted (not her fault- it was mine- I couldn’t make up my mind), to the men who came out to complete the work- were all wonderful/nice/respectful. Every part of the job was gone over with me. They put up with my crazy dog and were very nice about it. Very responsive to any questions. I love the shower it is so nice to stand and move around in it and not hear creaking noises. The toilet installed is just the right height. I know I picked the paint color- but it looks fabulous. They were kind enough to also let me know about some other issues I needed to fix in the attic that I would have never known I needed to repair. Excellent workmanship. I would and have recommended this company to others."
