The worker did not speak English at all and wrote on my APARTMENT wall with sharpie without asking if it was okay. Also he did not place the cabinet where I asked and instead put it in the walkway where everyone who visits hits their head.

The owner is doing what he can to make sure we are happy.

I am really disappointed with the counter top material they sold to me without proper sealing my countertop started showing oil stains within 2 weeks of assembly allover the counter.Very bad customer service.

The experience in dealing with Counter-vations was phenomenal. Very professional , From the time we walked in their door until all work was completed the experience was all I expected and more .They answered every email I sent promptly and answered all of my questions. When Hector came to measure he even made a suggestion about the countertop that was a great suggestion for what I needed. I would highly recommend them .

Counter-Vation arrived on time Thursday and replaced our countertops with a beautifully constructed quartz. The job finished inside of the timeframe expectations provided. These guys are pros. You cannot trust this company. I had Hector install new cabinets and countertops. Lots of promises were made and they quoted me one brand of cabinets and installed a different brand I have never heard of and then acted like this is what I asked for!! FRAUD. Do not order cabinets from here- they do not know what they are doing. The countertops - they tried to install with seams- glad I did my research- they were not gonna line up the design but I stopped it!! Beware of this place- get everything in writing- every detail!

I needed my existing countertop cut-out widened by 1/2 inch. This company quoted me $150. I agreed and we set a date for the work. They called me on the day they were scheduled to do the work an hour into the two-hour window they were supposed to arrive in and told me that I lived too far away and wanted $350 now for the job. I refused. I was very clear about my address and the required work when we agreed to the original price and schedule. They continued to harass me about how the cost of fuel alone would not make it worthwhile for them (I live in Williamsburg and their office is in Richmond) and I repeatedly told them I was not paying more than double the quoted price on a last-minute change. I ended up hiring a different company to complete the work.

Very pleasant to do business with! They were timely and very professional from the sales appointment to the completion of installing my granite counters! What a pleasure!

These guys are the real deal. They have installed 3 quartz bathroom vanity tops for me and a custom designed kitchen countertop for me and my wife which is to die for!! We were going to sell here but not so sure anymore! What’s even better is that they do all the plumbing work as well. They will stay as long as necessary to finish the job and to insure it’s all done perfectly. Locally owned and operated on US Rt 1, you can stop in to see their showroom, products, and peek into the fabrication shop, pretty cool. If we do sell, they will be doing our new house as well! Countervation was recommended to me by my mom who used them for her countertops in her home. This was such a good experience. I always worry about getting work done in my home because not everyone takes pride in their work, but Hector and his team were excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service was great and Hector made sure we got everything we wanted. We had ugly pink tile countertop and the same tile as backsplash. It was very 60's and had to GO. We ended up going with quartz countertops and had an island made & installed as well. I wish they did more than countertops & such because I would want to hire them for EVERYTHING around my house. I highly recommend this company.
