He did come to cut the lawn when he said, a week after I contacted him, but never spoke to me while he was here or contacted me since then, so we could discuss the work with tree and shrubbery pruning, or other landscaping, that needed to be done. I will have to continue to search for someone else for those services

Quick response, a little on the expensive side compared to other quotes but he was reliable, arrived on time and as arranged. Did a great job so overall it was worth the extra cost. Would definitely hire Brad again.

I called them to set up lawn maintenance with bi-weekly mowing. After the first cut and payment they disappeared. I got one email stating they would be out for 2nd mowing weather permitting. If the weather was an issue they would be out the next nice day. Nothing... I tried emailing, calling, texting, but nothing they took my money and left without completing what I paid for. Do not go with them.

Brad is awesome!! Great customer service and attention to details. You will not be disappointed with his service.

Not communicating

Honest and fair! Mr. Bryant came out immediately to assess what I needed and offered a pretty decent quote. Equally impressive was his up front honesty! â If your grass doesnâ t need cutting, we wonâ t cut it for the sake of charging you.â Two months in, and he has kept his word. Payment is super easy! Pay electronically at the end of each month. Mowing & trimming always outstanding. I would definitely recommend Dreamscapes to anyone.

If you want your project done nearly a MONTH after the fact, then call Dreamscapes! No courtesy in regards to communication and the biggest lack of professionalism I have yet to encounter! I was promised 3 times the work would be done and it was up to ME to call and follow-up. I am flabbergasted that they have a 4.9 rating! The WORSE part is that even after I literally fired them for the obvious, I didnt even get an apology! This is no way to treat a public servant, as the owner was one himself!
