"They were on time and very personable. Work was done in a timely fashion and the carpet looks great. They pre-treated some areas and the carpet didn't take long time to dry. "Mike from OMA was able to do the work in spite of freezing temperatures. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The carpet had not been cleaned in over seven years. It had several stains that were several years old. Mike was able to eliminate the vast majority of spots and stains. He was also able to complete the work quickly in spite of the weather."
