Failed City Inspection. Vented carbon monoxide into the residence. refused to fix. Crook. Took the money did a lousy job, lied and refuses to follow-up. RUN!!

Womack Heating and air-conditioning replaced my 26 year-old system. They were among the lowest proposals. They promised to complete the job much sooner than the others. I gave them a check to start the process and the installation was completed within 36 hours. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Was told by other company that the problem couldn't be repaired and new parts or system were required. Called Steve with Womack Heating and Air and he said he would be happy to take a look. He arrived on time, I explained the problem and he took a look and told me that the leak could easily be repaired. He started to work made repairs, checked the overall system and recharged the outside unit.
Then he took the time to explain to me how the system works and told me things to do and not to do to make it work better and made recommendations to help the system's efficiency. Also, discussed options of new system when needed.
He will be returning to make the improvement in the coming weeks.
I'm so glad I had him double check my system and didn't spend all that money to the other company to make unneeded replacements.
Steve is great and will recommend him to all my friends and family!!

Absolutely great. He returned my call in a timely manner. He arrived when he said he would and called me before coming, as I had asked. He clearly knew what he was doing and had everything working in short order. I'm very happy with his services. He is officially my go-to guy for heating systems now!
His service call rate is in line with most people in our area. His overall charge was unbelievably good -- a bargain for what he did and the time he spent on it.

Mr. Womack arrived promptly, greeted my husband and myself. We showed him where the furnace was located and explained the additional duct work we wanted. He explained how things would work, what would be done, and how we could make our system more efficient. After we agreed on a price, he set to work that afternoon, called it quits around supper time, and then returned the next morning to finish the remaining duct work. Everything went just fine and we couldn't be happier with how everything has worked.
