Right on from beginning to end The two projects were done a week apart from each other & by two different Technicians the service & results were excellent in both cases!

He was able to come out early. He was very friendly, very pleasant, very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how it should be set up.

I called two companies to give me an estimate. The other company came out first and was a company that I had used in the past for the same thing, at a different home. The man for the other company disregarded what I wanted and spoke down to me. It took him 3 weeks to get me an estimate. I explain all of this because it was the opposite with WSC Home Audio. Prior to the first appointment, a nice lady from their office called and told me who was coming and when he would be expected. Billy listened to what I wanted now and what I wanted in the future. I did not feel like he was trying to 'Sell' me. Billy seemed to care about understanding what I wanted. Unlike the other company. I had the estimate within a couple days and I approved it after a few questions. I did not have to wait long and after the nice lady called again to say who was to be expected and when, the techs came and worked hard at installing the system. After the installation, I had a couple concerns. Chris took the call and came to my house and took care of the concerns and made sure I was 100% happy with the system. Each person from the nice lady in the office, Billy, Chris and the installers were so nice, clean and presentable and cared. A week or so after the installation, the other company called and said they were ready to give me my proposal. It was a little late and a higher price than what I paid WSC. WSC Home Audio cared, did a great job and was the best price. What else do you need?

The Work went quickly and smoothly.

About as you would expect when hanging a TV on a 140-year-old chimney....not smoothly. But Shaun from WSC was great and the issues were entirely the poor quality of the brick by this point in its life. Shaun returned no less than 3 additional times with different hardware to get the job done. But done it is, and it's great!

WSC is wonderful! They did our original wall mount for our 55" TV. Very clean and efficient. Couldn't even tell they had been there except that our TV was now on the wall. Highly recommend this company!

They were very fast and efficient but it seemed pricey based on the work that had to be done. I would use them again though.

Very professional and did a great job!

They did an excellent job. Our PBS station pixelates a lot, and they checked it out but there is no solution for this apparently. Still, the money we invested to do this will save us over $1200 per year, so it is very worthwhile. WSC was very professional and courteous throughout the experience.

Very pleased with WSC. I actually contacted Audio Connection first because the previous owner of the condo had used Audio Connection for their home theater system, but I was very disappointed with how Audio Connection handled the estimation process (the person that came up with the estimate was not the person that came to see my place, so the estimate was not for work I needed done). With WSC, Chris personally came to my place, told me what he thinks need to be replaced (he actually pointed out that my living room 77" TV was the best TV 3 years ago and is still very good for 2017, and that I shouldn't replace it). Chris drew up the estimate himself. The installation was mostly done by Jeremiah, and he was willing to come back for every little problem and he was willing to help me out on few things that are not part of the project scope. Overall, great people, great service, customer oriented, would recommend.

It went very well. It didn't take them very long to install and they explained how everything works before leaving. WSC have installed wall mounted flat screen TVs before at our house. I recommend them highly!

I was informed that the $99 was for the initial walk through and onsite assessment of the job that I was wanting done.  I was then told what it was that I really wanted based on what he could sell me.  If I only wanted the HDMI cable placed as desired, then he could not say it was able to be done nor within a several hour estimated time frame at the cost of many hundreds of dollars.  The old bait and switch.  I received nothing more from my $99 than a hard sell.  Would not use this service again.
