Firm Profile WPL has specialized in customized site design for over 50 years. With the addition of the landscape architecture division 10 years ago, we now offer a fully integrated approach to the design process. Our philosophy combines art and science, resulting in the development of new and innovative concepts, which are then engineered to function in an efficient and cost effective manner. We take great pride in our old fashioned work ethic and apply it to improving the design and implementation process. The benefits to our clients include creative design and quality service, tailored to their needs. WPL is a Virginia S-Corporation offering a full range of professional services in landscape architecture, land surveying, and civil engineering throughout southeastern Virginia. Since 1960, the firm has performed engineering and surveying for all levels of government and private clientele.
