Audette's Garage Doors

Great experience with Audette Doors! Our door actually came in sooner than expected and looks amazing. Brian was awesome and stayed in touch during the whole process. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

It went awesome. On time and finished in one day. They look and work great and great price.

The Owner(Brian) was AWESOME. I phoned him requesting his input to when I should replace a garage door although, my though was that it should be changed out due to it being a very old door, but still somewhat functional, just not as effective. Brian agreed to show up although he was busy with his brother. The time was set to meet and I was running a bit late to meet at my property. After giving him a heads up that I was running behind, he assured me that he will wait for my arrival which I was really impressed. Upon greeting him, I felt a good vibe/connection not only a business stand point but on a personal vibe. (Me personally, you have to click and feel comfortable with who you hire for a job) He thoroughly listened to me explaining of my own "Research of repairing vs replacing" and he gave his honest thought to replace, which I intended to do anyways. As a paying customer I wanted to hear the HONEST truth of the pros and cons of repair vs replace from a professional stand point. I ended up for a higher tier door than I wanted due to Brian explaining the functions and durability of each door which was my choice and not pressured. Day of install, his brother Steve(Installer) phoned me 30 minutes prior to arrival, again, I was running behind to meet him at the property. Steve was already there set up to begin. (These guys are very punctual, LOL). Steve and I talked and learned abit about each other before he began the job, as he did the job and while he completed the job. Steve thoroughly explained from his many years of experience of doing doors all the steps that he way going to perform. He was extremely quick removing and replacing the garage door all by himself. (Steve is a BEAST). He impressed me by including me through the install as he tweaked the door for proper adjustment to my satisfaction. He thoroughly cleaned up and even using caulking on all the seal. he QA'd his own work. I gave him a couple bottles of water, which he REALLY appreciated. I'm a firm believer of feeling comfortable with you your handing money to. As I receive quotes, I gage the Sales person/Installers. These guys will make you feel comfortable. My hard earned money went with a company that displays Honesty and top notch Quality Craftsmanship. These brothers are AWESOME and on point!

Very reliable, honest and top quality service. Brian instantly knew the problem(s) the moment he took a look. Very honest and OPPOSITE of a typical sales person trying to sell me something else I don't need, like a new garage door. Only addressed the problem, gave an a very reasonable quote and fixed it! Great feeling to know I finally have them to call for any of my garage door needs in the future.

Awesome experience. Fast prompt service and reasonable fees. He was half the price of the others. You will be pleased with their professionalism and service.

Brian came by the house to look at my current garage door opener (the same day I called to ask about his services) as one of the springs had busted and I wasn't sure if I should replace just the spring or the whole system. Brian made some helpful suggestions and ultimately I took his advice and changed out the 18 year old system. He came to the house two days later and completed the work while I was at work which was very helpful. He came back to the house after I got home from work and went over everything with me and to see if I had any questions. Brian was very friendly, courteous and professional. He did a great job at a great price and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I called to see if someone could come fix our door spring . . . Brian came to the house the same afternoon!  He was on time, super professional and friendly.  He was able to fix our spring instead of replacing it with a new kit.  We are relieved and super happy with the outcome and price.

Fantastic.  The door opens much smoother and quieter than before. Brian showed up right when he said he would to survey the damaged door, and then showed up exactly when he said he would to fix it the next day.  He was in and out and door fixed in no time.
