"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"My microwave failed and, after a very rapid response and a complete evaluation by a technician, Choice Home Warranty decided it was better to replace it. "The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

Pete the installer was polite a was and professional and always time.  He preformed excellent work and craftsmanship, and I am very happy with our new shower system.

"Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity.  I would use this company again.
