"I bought a 199 dollar coupon from Angie’s list for 8 hours of painting work. Wilbur was quick and responsive, and came out to give me an estimate immediately. He assured me that painting over my current wallpaper in these rooms would be a lot of work and gave me an estimate of 850 plus purchase of paint. While it sounded a bit overpriced, I agreed. He put me on the books immediately, which I truly appreciated. I even changed my mind about what I wanted painted, and he was quite agreeable to it. The morning off, he was here with two women. They were professional and overall got the job done in a timely manner. However, it is the handling of payment that left me with a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I was struggling with two very small children, and about to leave for a birthday party when he insisted that I pay by check immediately. The job wasn’t finished. I asked if I could send a check by mail, all to no avail. Balancing a screaming baby, I grit my teeth and wrote the check. Frankly, I felt discriminated against. I highly suspect he wouldn’t ask this of anyone who was Caucasian and living in a gated community as I am. Most people would sympathize with a woman in that difficult situation. Also, a spot was missed. He came out to fix that within a couple of days, and apologized for the interaction. He stated many people haven’t paid him, that is why he insisted. And of course, talked over me as soon as my husband came in the room. That’s still no way to treat a young mom and professional who paid for what I suspect is an overpriced job. I’m sure he will deny all of this, but that doesn’t make it any less true. Don’t make assumptions about people when you don’t know them. While he and his crew did a great job, and he will insist he didn’t discriminate because he ‘hires black people’, I’m still very disappointed and cannot recommend him because of this. The truth hurts, sir please check your incorrect biases at the door. I doubt you would’ve done this to a man or a Caucasian, don’t do it to me, either. I have no intention of hurting you or your business, but I hope you keep this in mind during future interactions with other customers. For these reasons, I don’t think we’re a good fit in the future."

"I hired Dan over the course of a few weeks to help get our house ready to sell. He painting one full floor, did drywall repair and touch up throughout the house, painted our front porch, and power washed the outside of the house and walkway. It was a pleasure working with Dan in every capacity and I can definitely say that his excellent work heavily contributed to our house going under contract only two days after we listed it! He was very responsive to us, communicated well, and was very responsive to our schedule. Would hire again and highly recommend."

"Fantastic. Juan Carlos Cruz and his son were timely, very professional and had great attitudes. They told me the specific supplies that I needed to purchase for them to work this project. They plastered & painted the walls and ceilings in two bathrooms. They also painted both bath tubs. They installed linoleum in both bathrooms. It all looks great! For some reason when I went to Home Depot to purchase the linoleum, I had not given thought about the 12 ft wide linoleum being able to fit in my Ford Focus automobile. Juan and his son agreed to meet me at Home Depot the next morning, so that they could bring the linoleum to my condominium in their work van along with some additional supplies that I needed. I wish that I had done this sooner. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another project."

Greenhouse Cleaning did the JOB!  They were very professional and thorough.  My kitchen looks like no kids ever existed and my house was dust free.  The kids bathroom was a horror! Greenhouse made all of the bathrooms look brand new, down to the baseboards.  My hardwood floors and carpet looks amazing.
