Well, my husband and I go to bed quit early (seniors), and I think the service started around 9 pm.  Once he got started and finished he did a great job!!  He was on time 9 pm and did a thorough job but we was so sleepy we didn't test until the next day.

We have young adult children, so we were very patient and was proud that young adults take their work so serious no matter what time it is, our children are his age.

He was a young man, so I guess when we all are young we can stay up late.

Again, he was polite and knew exactly what the problem was.  We rate him an A.
