"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors.  What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.

"very well. Problem was diagnosed and total price was disclosed after diagnosis. My only reservation was he asked for full price in advance. I offered $100 against a $175. total bill. He was ok with that, so I gave him $100 and paid the balance when he returned with the part and installed it. Now that I/m familiar with him, if I have to use him again, I will not have any concerns about paying the full price in advance."

"The system works well. It took them a day to do the work. We had a pipe burst and pump water into the basement and the sump pump pumped most of the water out -- it surprised the heck out of us how well it worked!"
