Over the last few weeks, he had lost 4 of his 6 channels that he watches. Alan's crew - Ramos and Daniel - took the time to test and repair the existing rotor mount, wiring, and coax cable. Plus they took the time to make sure every channel was received. As many of you may have experienced, most companies would rather sell you something new than take the time to repair what exists.
