Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. Moreover, the provided price was very reasonable.I can't be more happy with the outcome and highly recommend Relax HVAC"

"I highly recommend investing in this company. Matt and Jaysun did a great job with repairs to my AC unit. I was servicing another company. My AC went down. I called the company to come fix it. They told me that I needed a new AC unit. Told me I had to pay almost 6k. So I went to home advisor and found Conde Tech. When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. These are guys are honest and genuine. They focused on the job without disrupting my home. I appreciate this company so much. I fired the other company and told them I don’t need their services anymore. From now on if I need any heating or cooling fix, I call Conde Tech services."

Danny was able to squeeze us into Blue Star's full schedule at a time that worked for us and called before the visit for clarification about the problem, and after the visit about how things went. John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. "Overall McCrea did a good job with my Sept 23, 2019, HVAC installation. The POSITIVES significantly outweigh the negatives: · They had the best price out of 6 proposals. · They agreed to add an additional HVAC return to the basement free of charge ($250). · They leveled my second old existing heat pump without asking...free of charge…I really liked that. · They told me that Fairfax county does a free inspection upon request. I’ve never had an installer tell me this…it is not in their interest to do so. The county inspection was primarily electrical but it was good to have even that independently reviewed. · They responded within 2 hours after I called about an installation problem. It turned out a condensate PVC pipe was installed wrong and tripped a cutoff switch. Everyone makes mistakes. I give them credit on this one because they responded quickly and repaired it quickly. · I requested a Trane and NATE certified installer and McCrea sent out Greg Dworchak who, along with 2 others did an excellent job. They were competent and friendly and answered all my questions very well. One NEGATIVE: · I liked the first sales person (Kris Kimmmel) who gave the initial proposal...very professional and friendly. My only concern was that he went on vacation and the follow up was slow. He did tell me he would be on vacation with limited email access. I emailed my intention to move forward on the proposal by the required date but the response was too late to get the significant Trane rebate. Weeks later I received a call from another representative (Chris Aiani) and he provided an acceptable proposal although it was a lower SEER unit (XR14) instead of the XR16i I originally wanted. Chris apologized to me about this and said they were re-organizing to provide more sales support and that this should not happen again."

"Needed a second opinion regarding a very pricey recommended AC repair/replacement, just before a forecasted heatwave. Sam at I-HVAC got me on the schedule that day and John arrived just a couple hours later. He did a very thorough inspection of my AC components and saw very quickly that some wires were crossed in the AC condenser unit. After fixing those, adding refrigerant and testing everything, the AC was good to go. John was extremely professional, polite and great about explaining everything he did. He and I-HVAC saved me a lot of money and reassured me that my AC would be OK going into the very hot and humid weather. I'll absolutely use them again."

"The team did a great job in the heat to install a new AC to fix my broken one, and new ductwork, in less than 8 hours. After receiving multiple quotes, OHA mentioned that the way my ductwork was set up on exit from the AC was the most likely reason my old ACs compressor gave out so soon after warranty lapse.
