Outdoor Escapes

Visited, but never received an estimate after multiple inquiries.

They did a beautiful job. Only took two days. One day for the patio, and one day for the planting. They were very focused and professional. They didn't waste any time. They got down to business and just got it done.

It went very well from the beginning. We had several contractors come out to give estimates but Jack Russell the most professional and prepared. The materials they used are top of the line and their warranty was the best. They installers were always on time and professional and did a great job! They were able to get done what we needed in the timeframe we were looking for and they left the job site in better shape then what they found it in. They even added grass!! Thank you guys!

Need to be more careful in cutting lawn.  Wheels on mowers sometimes cause divots in grass

We had obtained estimates from several contractors, but Outdoor Escapes was the only contractor who could do the entire project under their supervision.  If I added the costs from the separate contractors together, the Outdoor Escapes estimate was competitive.  When we weren't exactly sure what we wanted, they came up with great suggestions that worked well.  The brick work was WOW!  They matched, in color and style, the existing porch brick that was about 40 years old!  It looks like it's always been there!  We did have a slight problem when the PVC glue let go, and I had water pouring out at the irrigation system junction.  I shut the water off at the meter, and the guys responded very promptly the next morning to fix it.

Outdoor Ecapes came out to our house and the salesperson was very pleasant and professional. He indicated that he would draw up plans in the $12,000 range for a water feature, including a waterfall in our back yard. He must have been very busy, since a month later we had no response and no answer to our phone calls or e-mails. I finally got through to someone on the phone and asked if they were going to provide us the plans and cost.  Jack immediately responded (the next day) and sent a document listing the work to be done.
But there was no sketch. And no plants or lighting was included. He responded that these would be extra, and while considering this, I found another local company on the web and met with them.  They asked a lot of questions to determine what we wanted exactly and after that, they provided suggested drawings, photos of suggested plantings and included lighting in the project. They also provided a step-by-step procedure that they would follow, and several pricing options. We hired them and are almost finished now. This company went beyond our expectations in all areas, and the pricing was reasonable as well. I plan to use them again in the fall to re-do our front yard.

The Outdoor Escapes team has been a pleasure to work with over the last few years. I just renewed my contract for the third year!! We signed up for the weekly maintenance program after they performed some planting and mulching for us over two years ago. This is the best money we spend every month. They take care of everything in our yard and landscape, we have gained back so much time on the weekends. The same crew has been servicing the yard for over one year and we have a great relationship with them. The crew leaves a note on services provided so we are always in the know. The communication with the office and owners is always prompt and courteous. It show that these guys love the work they do!!
