"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! "Levi and Blake built a customized chicken coop to my specifications. They took into account lots of details that make the coop more efficient and easy to use and access. They were also easy to communicate with any time details needed to be clarified. This coop is way better than what you get at Tractor Supply and will last forever. I have already hired them to replace my wooden deck with hard plastic trex material. Will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them."
