"American Home Contractors and Hugo in particular were great to work with. We had multiple jobs done which required several trips and Hugo kept us informed and worked around several weather delays. He relocated and installed a new attic fan, hooked up the bathroom fan to a new roof vent, insulated a pipe in the attic, installed apron flashing on four windows, painted the flue vent, reconnected some lose siding and replaced three pieces of rotted trim and painted it. The work appears to be top notch and we appreciate the hard work and long hours Hugo put in! I would definitely recommend this company and most certainly Hugo to everyone. We also had American Home Contractors replace our gutters and install gutter guards. They did an excellent job with that as well."

"Solenergi designed a solar system and installed 24 panels on our house in Arlington. We worked with Suhaib Shah from Solenergi on the design of the solar system to meet our anticipated electrical use. He was willing to go back and forth with us multiple times as we optimized the panel arrangement. On our behalf, Solenergi got the necessary permit approvals from Arlington County and Dominion Energy, installed the panels, and made sure that we were connected to the Enphase app that allows us to track our electrical generation. Once installed, Solenergi set us up with SRECtrade so that we would receive SRECs. Suhaib was always available to field questions and address concerns. We very much enjoyed our interactions with him and appreciated his patience as he walked us through the process. The project took longer than expected because of unanticipated panel availability issues (we eventually changed to Qcell panels, which we were happy with). Solenergi actually deducted from the price of our system an estimate of the additional Dominion Energy bills that we incurred because of the installation delay, something we didn't ask for. We obtained proposals from three solar companies. Each company proposed a somewhat different system that made direct comparison difficult, but our analysis showed that Solenergi offered the lowest price when systems were compared on a kW basis. Their competitive price as well as inclusion of highly rated panels in their proposal were two reasons for selecting Solenergi. Now that the system has been operating for a couple of months, we're thrilled to receive Dominion Energy bills of $6/month. All in all, we're very happy with our decision to install solar panels and to use Solenergi for designing and installing our system."
