"Chris’s team from Clifton Contracting was fantastic. I’d been searching for a company to install a basement egress window so we could have a legal basement bedroom. Chris was the third estimate I receive since the two other estimates I’d gotten from other companies seemed high, one other company had even quoted me $10k for a fiberglass egress tub. Chris’s quote was literally almost half that and it was for a stone egress…additionally he was very knowledgeable and clear regarding the pricing for not just the basic window egress but also a virtual a la cart list of pricing options I could add if I wanted. I went with stone/segmented wall options which ended up looking great. I also ended up having Chris’s team wire the basement bedroom to code (running wire and installing the outlets) in addition to wiring & adding an additional hardwired fire alarm to code. I was planning on doing that piece myself but given the pricing was pretty reasonable and he could knock it out at the same time and include it in the permit as a single project, it was an easy choice for me. Overall I’m very happy with the work and would definitely use them again."

"I forgot the guy’s name that came to look at the job. He was nice and quick to estimate and explain and not into ‘selling’ services like 2 other companies did. Ordered the slider I wanted and installed it when it came in . I had decided to use a company that specializes in door and window installation instead of the previously used 2 big box garden/supply chains in the area. Very happy with the quality of the slider and the professional installation!"

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Anchor was the best and most reasonable when it came to our roof replacement! Highly recommend!"

"I hired this company to do my roofing, siding, gutters and windows. They were fast and professional. There were no surprises and the workmanship was very good. I had atypical sized windows and when they were finished the fit looked perfect. Five stars would recommend."

"Gary Golman and his team did an excellent job in transforming our 1957 retro bathroom in to our beautiful, new, and modern bathroom today. Especially dealing with plumbing issues & replacement, Gary's team were very knowledgeable & professional."

"I had a roofing service done. From the inspection to the final walk through, everything went great. I was impressed with the product that was installed. I'd like to thank Daniel, Omar, and Allen for working with me on this project. Wonderful job!!"

"strongly recommend Glass Smith for any window or glass repair or replacements that you may need. Last week, one of the glass panes in our studio cracked, and we called Glass Smith to repair it. Our glass panes was a double glass, and only one was cracked, so Glass Smith replaced the cracked one with a new one. They did everything right away, ordered the new glass pane, and replaced the glass within two days. This was not the first time that our glass pane cracked. This tends to happen during severe cold weather in winter. Last year, when it happened, we contacted a different glass repair company, and it took them over a week to replace it. This time, we decided to call Glass Smith, and we were very impressed with the professional work of the technician, and the overall friendliness and responsiveness of the manager. In addition, we feel that considering the swiftness of the service and the quality of the replacement glass, the price was very reasonable, lower than last year."
