Freedom pulled out every stop to source me a new ECOER unit when my HVAC failed; the least of which was driving to another state to pick one up and installing over night so I could escape 90 degree days as quickly as possible. They found ways to help beyond just repairing the unit as well - they changed my filter and even offering to carry a heavy package from the front doorstep to the back patio.
