"Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
