Cascade Services

We've used Cascade Services for the first time. I was highly impressed with their power washing of our house, shed, and walk-out basement steps. It was so clean! Also, Randy is very communicative and responsive to questions and providing reasonable quotes!! We definitely plan to use them again and again for future cleaning services! Thanks Cascades!

I was so blessed to of hired Randy. He did an awesome job on a rental that I moved out of, he even impressed my landlord and they were very happy with his service, the carpet looks amazingly new. It pays to hire a trustworthy individual that you can leave a key for so that you do not have to take off work to be there and then you can just come home to a beautifully clean carpet and enjoy it. Thank you Cascade Services for an amazing job, I will not hire anyone else in the future!!

Randy showed up when he said he would, explained what he would be doing and that it would take about 2 1/2 hours.  Once he was done, he walked me around the house to make sure everything was clean to my satisfaction.

The service was great, efficient, and reasonable.  Very professional manner. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.  So hard to find reliable, customer service orientated companies.  This one is top notch!!!!

No evidence of any of that green mold that was all over the back of my house.  Even the woodwork was spotless.  Smelled clean too....smell of bleach still evident the next day.  If you are looking for a quality pressure washing company local to the Haymarket-Gainesville area, this one is it.

Randy did an excellent job and took great pride in his work. He was friendly and professional in all interactions. He was later than initially planned on one of the jobs, but kept me informed of his progress as he was finishing off another job before coming to me. I will definitely be using his services again.

Powerwashed our home.  On time, cleaned up, and great price.

Randy met me at the front door with a handshake, then I showed him the areas.
He steam cleaned all the areas $30 an area - very large areas, spot treated where needed (total of $180)
It was amazing the dirt that came out - after each room he showed me the 5 gallon bucket - was very satisfying seeing what he pulled out of the carpets.
Our basement media room has berger with really bad stains after we moved into the house 4 years ago, I just put a carpet over the area, but now I don't need to!!!
It is so clean and smells great.  Randy explained that it will take approximately 10 hours to dry with fans to help dry it.
He also explained that we needed to move a couch that has metal bottom out cause it will leach into the carpet being wet.
I am so please with my work and come to find out I know his mother from work....nice to have a young man in our home.
After he was done he had a cool tool for us to pay with credit card and left a receipt.  We ended giving him a $20 tip for an even $200.00.  Well worth it.  It took him 2 hours.
After talking further with him, we will have him back in the spring to power wash our decks an stain them.

Would like to highly recommend this local, owner-operated, mom & pop for their carpet cleaning services - Cascade Services. Randy Buswell lives in our area - which gives me a little more confidence that he will not only be on time, but will work harder for his own community - both of which he did!  He did an amazing job! Worked extra h****** all the stains - including pulling out a lot of soap from our carpets from apparent previous steam cleaning jobs. He used very little chemicals (per my request - which he says is very okay with him) and managed to make our carpets look like new. He works by himself and very hard - upstanding, professional guy! $30 per area...and he stays hard and true to his estimate. No haggling or last minute "extras." His quote, "I will work every room as hard as I can for that price." I am very happy with this carpet cleaning.  After 18 years of military and government moves, his service was by far the better experiences we've had!

My deck looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. I haven't had any professional work done in over 5 years so needless to say it was in rough shape.  Most of the over 600 ft deck is in the shade most of the day, so there were lots of patches of black mold.  Randy was able to clean it beautifully.  I couldn't believe how great it looked after just the power washing.  The staining was icing on the cake.  He was friendly, professional, and knows what he is doing.  He responded in a timely manner to my communications and answered my questions completely.  I will definitely have him come back.  In fact, he is coming back next week to do my carpets. You will not be disappointed with his services.

This is the second time I have worked with Randy at Cascade Services.  We had previously used him to try to save the carpets when we bought our house.  The carpets were filthy and covered with stains.  He cleaned them better than I had imagined possible (like new), but he could not do anything about the tears and pull-ups left by the previous owners.
This time, we had him come in and clean all of our 1 year-old carpets, as well as powerwash our patio, front stoop, deck and fence.  He's quick and efficient yet takes the time to do the job right.  He saved the front stoop for a later session just so that he could bring a better cleaner out to ensure it looked as good as possible, rather than just getting it done while he had all his stuff out the first time.
Randy also stained our deck for us, making it look phenomenal.  It had been neglected and showed a lot of graying and wear.  Randy provided advice on stain vs. seal, explaining the price difference, life expectancy and benefits in terms of aesthetics.  He also provided much needed input on the color, noting that the color swatches often look darker than the color will on a large scale.  He saved us from a color we would not have been happy with.
Overall, Randy's estimate was cheaper than his competitors and he was easier to get in touch with and much more responsive.  He both calls and emails, which is a huge benefit for me, as I do not have access to a phone during work hours.  He's a friendly, easygoing person and a real pleasure to work with.  He's got the personable side to complement the good work.  I would not hesitate to work with Cascade Services again and would recommend them to any of my friends.

Randy did a great job power washing our home. It's one chore I happily handed over to the professionals. The best advantage to having the service was when Randy was having trouble leaving his first job of the day due to the customer adding on things for him to power wash. He kept me in the loop and let me know when he thought he might be leaving to head over to our home. To most this would be irritating but I found it gratifying that he would one, accommodate his first customer and 2, keep me in the loop so I had a good idea when he might be at the home.



The power wash on our house came out great. Randy showed me the areas of the house that would need the most work. He asked me if I wanted to add on any other items and told me why he "wouldn't" power wash our front porch. Most companies would just keep adding on to jack up the price. I was very impressed with the customer service and have referred them to several friends and family.

Randy came to our house to do an estimate for the powerwashing of our house and 2 porches and for the sealing / staining of the porches. He discussed the options so we could make informed choices.  He did all of the powerwashing on one day, and came the next week for the staining and sealing.   Randy does all of the work himself and is a pleasure to work with.  We were extremely pleased.  We have recommended him to three friends, who have all been really happy with his work.  Randy is an exceptional young man who works very hard and looks for perfection in his work.  We will definitely hire him again.

This is the best cleaning service and customer service I have ever had.  Cascade Services came to the rescue for me during the last week of my pregnancy.  One of the reasons we chose Cascade over another company was because all of their products are safe to use with pets and babies - not to mention we are a fan of supporting small businesses. 
We had all of the carpeted areas cleaned including the new nursery and the couch and loveseat.  I actually was suppose to have the cleaning done the week prior but with baby brain I totally goofed and requested the wrong day.  I contacted Randy (the owner) and he was very flexible and polite with me.  He worked me in and even provided a morning appointment like I requested.  He did not make me feel bad for rescheduling at the last minute at all. 
The appointment time was between 8AM-9AM (not your typical over exaggerated 4 hour window most companies make you wait).  I received notification 30 minutes prior to his arrival.  He was prompt and on time as guaranteed.  With having some recent work done on the house to get ready for the baby it was important he showed up with a professional Cascade shirt on - just gives a worrying mom a little more ease when having work done inside the home. It is not a chain company, you talk to the same people and do not have to worry about 1 of 100 different people showing up at your house.
Randy asked to see all of the areas first and then got right to work.  He was pleasant and professional even for 8AM.  He started first with the upstairs carpets and then worked his way down.  Being 9 months pregnant and in a bit of a nesting stage trying to get everything arranged some things were out of place.  Randy moved everything.  I mean areas that we were not expecting moved... the stand in the nursery and the boxes of pampers, gifts and other stuff we had stacked up.  He even moved the couch and loveseat in the living room to ensure he got all of the "high-traffic" areas.  He really took his time with the carpets and the stairs, I did not feel him rushing at all. 
We also had the couch and loveseat cleaned.  I have owned them for 5+ years and never had them professionally cleaned.  Lets face it furniture ages and my husband and I even talked about getting new furniture, Randy made them look BRAND NEW!  He took every cushion off the couch and loveseat and cleaned them individually - both sides and the backs and fronts.  He didn't miss a spot!
He definitely went above and beyond what I had expected and it is so much appreciated.  Trying to get the home clean, ready, and sanitized has been a huge event these last few weeks.  Randy and Cascade Services put my mind to rest.  Even in all of this moving and cleaning he took the extra precaution to tell me to put some towels down in the bathroom and in the kitchen (anywhere the carpet met tile) because it could be slippery - talk about caring for your customers!  You could tell he really took pride in his work, his company, and more importantly his customer service!
The price was very reasonable, it was exactly what he quoted me over the phone (even though I knew this could have changed) because I did not get the free estimate they offer. 
Prompt, polite, and professional are the three words I would use to some up this company.  I am already looking forward to having them back to power wash the front of the home and set-up regular carpet cleanings.  I have already recommended Cascade to my family and friends!
