He works until the job is completed and done correctly! He takes his time, works efficiently, and is so kind during the whole process. Something that was appreciated was that he cleaned up the surrounding area of any dirt/debris that he tracked from cleaning (which isn’t something that most people do in my experience). He’s very honest in what he is able to do, not do, etc. Scheduling with him was a breeze as well. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
