"Shine preformed amazing! That's why I hired them twice! The communication between the office and the field techs to the actual scheduling of the time slot of service was immculant! Being in the service industry myself and informing me/the customer of the actual time they'll be there instead of the 9-12, 11-2 & 1-4 time slots, which WILL always be the blocks..., they were on point to let me know if I had some time to run some errands. I'd highly recommend them.., you'll get what you pay for!!"

"Very prompt replies, estimate, and service. I needed a lot of work done for first lawn clean up since fall, with lots of fallen pine cones, pine straw. overgrown hedges etc. I mentioned we'd clean up pine cones and debris before service but Mr. ? ( I'm so sorry but I can't remember his name) said not to worry, he'd do it all, and he did. His service estimate was a lot less than some I received, and I plan to hire his company for regular mowing this season. All yard debris was hauled away, and I have never found better service from a lawn maintenance company until L.B Lawn Service."
Here's a picture of my lawn work, & I pray that this will give you a great idea of what you're looking for in lawn care wo.

"Breyon does an excellent job maintaining the grass in my yard. He cuts and edges the grass and it always looks neat. Breyon has a very professional and pleasant demeanor when speaking & interacting with him. He’s always on time and cleans up after each grass cutting. Breyon anticipates my needs by giving me a courtesy call to see if I have any additional grass cutting needs particularly after a heavy rain. He has been maintaining my grass for 2 years and it looks great! I would definitely recommend Breyon since he provides outstanding service at a reasonable price."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
