"I met with the owner of the company to discuss what I wanted done and agreed to the one year contract of service.  During the first meeting, the home inspector for my refi arrived and started his inspection.  Well, I didnt want to be rude and cut the guy off, but the inspection was important to me, and the landscaper and I had pretty much covered what we needed to, but he really did monopolize my time by talking about his prior military service.  Later that year, the tone of that slightly odd interaction made more sense when the guy was borderline aggressive when I talked to him about a point of the service.  My issue was the speed at which they did my yard.  They used riding power mowers and routinely ran into parts of the house and damaged the trim and corners of my house.  
I terminated the contracted at years end and would not use them again
