Second - due to either incorrect measurements or incorrect manufacturing, it took them 5 separate orders to get it close to right. Third - each reorder got put back in as if we were new, meaning it took 3-4 months for each reorder to arrive. We should have been put at the top of the list. Not once did a manager reach out to us to apologize or discuss. In several of my calls to customer service I was told that Champion has weekly meetings to discuss their clients and how they can better themselves and was told that we were the topic of many discussions. HA ! What a joke. So far I have kept 4 neighbors looking for new windows from making the same mistake we did. I am hoping that my email to the HOA, which goes to every resident keeps them from choosing Champion. At no time during "
