He showed up on time and did climbed up on a ladder to inspect the gutter.  He showed me pictures on his cell phone of problem areas with the gutter and roof.  He fixed some minor items.  Later, I hired the same company to replace all the gutters.

The gutters look much better and are not falling down anymore.  It was a home improvement that had to be done. USA Gutter Pros provided good service at a reasonable price.

Next, I called to schedule the work. The were able to schedule my work within a week and showed up exactly when they said. To me this is important when dealing with contractors. J.S. was the only company that responded to my request for a quote, and had someone out to identify the problem the same day, and someone out to do repairs the next day. The repairs were fairly extensive, but I felt like they did a good job for a fair price. However as I was having some different work done inside the house a couple of days later, we discovered another hole that needed to be fixed. It was missed the first time, but that part is understandable because it was hidden. I wanted to call them and have them come out and finish the job. I called multiple times, leaving messages, and also sent an email, and two weeks later still haven't ever heard back. I ended up having to call a different company to take care of the problem."

"The crew that was sent out to replace roof was good.  However, very disappointed in the professionism of the owner.  I know there were some personal issues going on at the time but the way "we" the clients were handle was not professional.  I can't recommend this company. A project that should have take only a couple of days was draw out into months.  Work was only completed and not really to my liking after lots of emails and voice mails."

Ben, the owner did a large portion of the work himself and that really pleased us that he was so involved. The railings in our home look beautiful and the front door is going to be the finishing touch. All work is top notch.
