It when well ,and I particularly paid attention to the resealing method they used after opening the lid so the fumes would not percolate up through the soil and into the yard.

Fast response. Within an hour! Installed in 2 hours. Problem with a water tap on cold water line reinstalled but not tested. Could have had me check before end of job. Took away old water heater and all except water line in working order! Seemed a bit pricey but I had no other options.
