Estela and her crew are conscientious and thorough employees. I can tell she takes pride in her work and stands behind it. She did everything she promised. Estela is great. My house is spotless.

They came promptly and that is the only reason why they got a 2-star rating. Their work was incomplete, they did not complete the job as agreed. The kitchen hood, microwave they were supposed to clean were left untouched. The fridge was left shabby, they sprayed over the fridge but did not wipe. Where they wiped they left stains. They cleaned around furniture and objects, did not bother to clean under. The collected trash bags were left in the middle of the hall. Asked for more money than agreed after the job. When we noticed the incomplete work and reached out to them, they did not care to respond. I will not hire them again nor will I recommend them.
