Whenever something came up during the process my concerns were quickly addressed and I loved the finished product. Very happy with my new kitchen and mudroom. Installed new white shaker cabinets, (very good quality for its price) black granite with leather finish, farmhouse sink, subway tile, plumbing, hardware and etc. Pasha was always and time and very responsive. "The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."

"He did an excellent job and the both bathrooms look beautiful. Dave is exceptionally friendly, flexible, and fair. He did everything he could to accommodate our wishes, including changes we requested during the job. When we encountered rot and bugs in the walls and floor, he waited for the exterminator to complete his work; then Dave repaired the damage. When plumbing and electrical had to be relocated to accommodate new fixtures, no problem - Dave just rolled with the punches. Dave does not mark up any supplies or materials. I feel very sure that anybody who uses KDK will get a very fair deal and work accomplished to the customer's specifications and desires. Dave could not be easier to work with. Working with contractors can be very stressful, but working with Dave Kamerude was not.

"Chris has done an excellent job for us; in fact, he is more of a perfectionist than I am. He insists that everything be done absolutely
correctly or he re-does it. For example, he took out several tiles in the shower stall because he didn't think they looked right and replaced them; he spent 30 minutes in Lowe's to find the exact color for the grout; and he returned several less-than-perfect cabinetry pieces to the dealer and negotiated an upgrade for us due to the imperfections.
He also cleaned out our gutters, fixed some annoying electrical glitches, and has even helped us with our dogs (he trains service dogs)! Chris calls in expert help, such as electricians and plumbers, when needed.
My husband and I highly recommend Chris Saunders. In fact, our original "contractor" taking off has been a big blessing in disguise.
