Troy finished-in a big bedroom and a beautiful spacious bathroom downstairs in my basement. I was going to put carpet in the whole thing but Troy talked me into just doing carpet in the bedroom and laminate hardwood in the rest of the area and now I'm so thankful for that advice because it looks stunning and the paint we picked out for him to put on the walls looks so good with the flooring! The whole basement looks amazing and we really loving the new FREE Delta one piece tub /shower combo that we received from Troy for signing contract before the time exspired on his Facebook Business Page Troy-Bilt-Construction @troyjwoodward amazing gift thanks for sticking to your word- that means everything!! So then after all work had been completed inside Troy and his guys went outside and built me a very nice privacy fence for my five dogs I'm absolutely love it! Now they can go outside and play and I don't have to worry about them running off. He also added steps and handrails to my back deck then he power-wash and stained the deck. Handrails and the steps which now looks amazing! Troy is an excellent Carpenter and shows great attention to detail! Troy and his guys are amazing to work with this was nothing like we was thinking it would be like it. Because it ended up being enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be hiring him again soon and I won't hesitate recommending him to all my family and friends! He is scheduled to come back and stain the fence that he built in the spring."

"Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work.

"Project: Mulitple Small jobs. Mr. Sword is an absolute professional. Knowledgeable, service oriented, polite, professional, and trustworthy. He installed garbage disposal and fixed loose gutters found during a house inspection. Then, he removed wallpaper from 3 bath rooms and suggested he paint. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

Our deck was looking worse for wear after moving into a short sale home that had been mistreated. We found Chris on Angie’s list and contacted him. He got right back to me and schedules an appraisal, we immediately gave him the job after meeting him. Power washed the house and deck, then sealed the deck as well as did repair and maintenance work on the exterior foundation. The work was extremely well done and efficient. The guys were a pleasure to work with and prices were competitive.
