"Unbelievably amazing! Wes arrived on time and walked all around the house with me to assess my roof, which is high, steeply pitched, and very angular. It is also deep in the woods with lots of trees, and consequently, lots of leaves, especially in piles stuck behind the splash guards. I asked I Wes if he could remove the splash guards so all those leaves wouldn't pile up anymore. He did, and he didn't even charge extra for that, even though it took quite a bit of time and effort. Wes then proceeded to manually clear out all the gutters while I watched from below. And then he took a kind of leaf blower and blew the gutters clean, especially down into the downspouts. The stuff that blew out of those downspouts was an amazing array of clumpy particulate matter, leaf particles, seeds and moss-- and probably some chipmunk nests too! I was astonished. I was also extremely happy I had this done. Wes was so pleasant, professional, thorough, and clean. He left no mess behind and left my property cleaner than before he arrived, because he blew away some of the leaves that were still on my lawn! I will definitely use him next year. I will also have him clean my roof and pressure wash my deck and siding in the spring. "The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."
